Abstract
In the article the role of income and equity declarations of regional bureaucrats is analyzed for the completion of public control over revenues and spending’s of public service men, the prevention of corruption. The lawfully defined rules and procedures of presentation and making public through upper service people do not provide enough information about their incomes and spending’s. Nevertheless the publishing of these documents enlarges the public control possibilities over persons with power functions. The comparison of official incomes of regional upper servicemen with average incomes of regions people shows well the social distance and the incomes inequality. These kinds of distances are also observed by the comparison of upper region servicemen with ordinary bureaucrats.
