Аннотация
В статье рассмотрен политико-социальный феномен «право на город», получивший за последние десятилетия широкое распространение во многих странах мира. Соответствующее направление муниципальных реформ находит отражение как в деятельности политиков, так и в научных исследованиях. Подход к развитию городов на основе прав жителей получил одобрение ЮНЕСКО. Для России данная проблематика особенно актуальна в контексте понимания общественных инициатив «рассерженных горожан».
