Аннотация
В статье раскрываются факторы влияния политической и административной среды на управленческий функционал политического лидера. Обосновывается необходимость формирования особой политико-административной структуры, позволяющей лидеру компенсировать издержки своего позиционирования в административной среде и повысить эффективность своей управленческой миссии. В данном контексте выдвигается положение о «лидерской субсистеме», позволяющей лидеру устойчиво выполнять свои управленческие функции и реализовывать свою «я-концепцию». Освещается структура лидерской субсистемы, показываются особенности ее функционирования в современном российском обществе.
